Kudos to the KDM PTA for facilitating a wonderful Holiday Boutique. Students were given the opportunity to shop independently for gifts for their loved ones. The PTA ensured there was a variety of options to choose from to help make this holiday season special.

A big thank you to Phyllis Alpaugh and the Rotary Club of the Rockaways, who generously donated dictionaries to all third graders. Ms. Alpaugh had students look up the word "community" in their dictionaries and made it a real concept for them.

KDM students participated in the Week of Respect. Students wore themed clothing days every day culminating with 'Being Respectful Is No Sweat'. Students wore comfortable clothes/ sweats. Take a look!

A great time was had by all at the KDM PTA Candy Bar Bingo! We had over 100 family members and friends for a fun night of games and treats!

Congratulations and thank you to KDM 4th grader, Isabella LoCastro, and her parents, Yesenia Budhai and Frank LoCastro.They donated over 1,100 pairs of brand new socks for our "Socks for the Homeless" Initiative! Isabella and her family's generosity will impact so many lives. Together, the KDM community donated over 2,000 pairs of socks!
